Never Mourn
A low-key action-RPG that swings between charming exploration and punishing combat, best played by fans of smaller indie projects who don't mind rough edges.
GamerScout Verdict
For indie enthusiasts willing to tolerate rough design for a scrappy, earnest adventure with bite.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Never Mourn
Never Mourn feels like a passion project that hasn't quite found its footing. The core loop pairs exploration with turn-based combat encounters, and there's genuine heart in the world-building, but execution stumbles. The combat system demands precision and planning, which is fine until the difficulty spikes feel arbitrary rather than earned. Boss fights can feel like luck-based slogs, and the UI doesn't always communicate what's happening clearly enough to avoid frustration. That said, if you're hunting for something off the beaten path and you've got patience for a rough indie title, there's something worth respecting here. The art direction and narrative voice carry weight. It's not polished enough to recommend to genre newcomers, but veterans of early access games and small-studio releases might find the challenge worthwhile.
