Neon White

Neon White is a speedrunning FPS built on a single, brilliant constraint: your guns are temporary power-ups you can burn for parkour abilities. Fire a revolver to slow time, then sacrifice it mid-air to dash. Wall-run, double-jump, grapple-hook your way through neon-soaked gauntlet levels designed to be replayed obsessively. The pacing is relentless. Each run lasts 30 seconds to two minutes. There's no story bloat, no grinding, just the clean friction of mastering level design. What makes Neon White sing is its restraint. The soundtrack pulses without overwhelming. The pixel-art cutscenes land emotional beats without overstaying. Leaderboards mean nothing if you're not chasing them, but for speedrunners and flow-state chasers, this is a siren song. A few levels feel slightly clunkier than others, and the narrative's brevity might disappoint story-first players. Still, this is exactly the kind of laser-focused indie game that deserves more eyeballs.
