GamerScout Verdict
A weird one-trick concept that's fun for 30 minutes but doesn't earn a longer stay.

About Molly Medusa: Queen of Spit
I went in expecting either a clever gimmick or a forgotten gem. Molly Medusa: Queen of Spit is neither. The core mechanic, using your character's spit as a weapon to petrify foes, is genuinely odd, but the execution feels thin. It's a short 3D adventure that relies heavily on that one idea without much depth to support it. Controller support is there, the game runs fine, and if you're after something weird and offbeat, it exists. But there's not enough game here to justify much of your time. Best suited for players hunting obscure indie oddities or completionists chasing unusual concepts. Everyone else should know this is a brief, forgettable romp that doesn't overstay its welcome because there's not much to begin with.
