The moment it clicked for me was three hours in, when I finally got a custom 2027 South Asia scenario to load without the engine silently resetting my modified trade balances to default. No error message, no log line, just numbers quietly reverting. That is the shape of this add-on: a set of scenario and data editing tools bolted onto Eversim's country-management engine, letting you rewrite starting conditions, budgets, and political variables, then play your own what-if. What works is the raw reach. If you want a world where a mid-tier economy starts with triple military spending, you can build it. What disappoints is everything around that: no meaningful tutorial, sparse documentation, and an interface that assumes you already memorised the base game's variable names. Single-player only, and the tiny review count tells you how small this audience is. Buy it if you already have 200 hours in the base sim and a list of scenarios you want to test. Otherwise it is not a game, it is homework.
