GamerScout Verdict
For players hunting weird budget shooters; the explosion gimmick is fun enough to justify a short session.

About Mega Zombie Explosion
I went in expecting nothing and got exactly that, but in a weirdly entertaining way. Mega Zombie Explosion is a bare-bones shooter where the core hook is lining up groups of undead and triggering explosions that scatter more enemies into your blast radius. It's the kind of game that works best if you stop expecting level design or narrative and just lean into the feedback loop of boom-splatter-reload. The gunplay is stiff, the visuals are muddy, and the difficulty curve feels random, but there's a kernel of fun in watching a carefully timed explosion chain turn a zombie horde into confetti. This is a game for players who've burned through the AAA backlog and want something weird and dumb to stream for 90 minutes. It's not broken enough to be a train wreck, not polished enough to recommend to anyone else. If arcade chaos from a no-name studio sounds like time well spent, grab it cheap. Otherwise, move on.
