March of Shrooms

I spent a couple hours rallying mushroom armies across colorful islands, and March of Shrooms nails what it sets out to do: turn you into a tiny fungal leader commanding cheerful mobs through light action-brawler encounters. The core loop is straightforward, which works in its favor. You herd mushrooms, bash through obstacles, collect berries as currency, and repeat across themed islands before that storm wipes everyone out. The art style carries the whole thing - everything feels cozy and deliberate, even when things get hectic. Don't expect complexity. This is a low-scope indie title that knows its lane and stays in it. Combat is button-mashing simple, progression is linear, and the story is window dressing around "save the mushrooms." That's not a flaw if you're after a chill afternoon with a silly premise. Perfect for anyone who likes governance-lite mechanics wrapped in a concept too wholesome to resist.
