Loopsters

Loopsters strips away the solo platformer formula and replaces it with a deceptively simple constraint: you and your friends are literally tied together by rope. Every jump, every dodge, every climb becomes a negotiation. One player overshoots a gap, everyone eats the spike trap. The game forces you to slow down and sync timing with your squad instead of relying on frame-perfect inputs. It works as solo challenge content too, but that's missing the point - the rope mechanic only gets interesting when bodies are pulling in different directions. The competitive multiplayer layer adds speed-run chaos where teams race through the same gauntlet, turning coordination into strategic advantage. It's a narrow idea that either clicks for you or doesn't - if you want a game that actually requires your friends to communicate and problem-solve together rather than just showing up, Loopsters earns your attention. The lack of polish signals this is a small indie project, not a AAA production, so manage expectations around asset quality and content volume.
