Short version: this is add-on content that requires the base game, Legends of Pegasus, installed and running. It will not launch on its own. The pack bundles the Special Edition bonus material for that space 4X strategy title, and since the data here does not itemize it, check the store listing for the exact contents (typically bonus in-game material and extras rather than new campaigns). For completionists who already own the base game and want the full package on one shelf, fine. Everyone else can skip it without missing mechanics.
