GamerScout Verdict
Decent roster, mediocre execution. Kung Fu Panda fans might bite, but the gameplay doesn't match the IP's potential.

About Kung Fu Panda Showdown of Legendary Legends
I went in expecting a Streets of Rage-style beat-em-up with Kung Fu Panda's charm, and what I got was a clunky arena fighter that feels like it was built in a rush. The roster is solid - you've got Po, Tigress, Crane, and the rest - and the combo system has some depth if you're patient enough to unlock it. But the camera is claustrophobic, the hit detection is forgiving to the point of being unsatisfying, and the AI telegraphs its moves so obviously that even casual difficulty feels like you're winning by accident rather than skill. This is a licensed kids' game that doesn't quite nail the fun-for-all-ages sweet spot. It's not broken, just painfully mediocre. Fans of the films might squeeze a few hours out of it, but everyone else should look elsewhere.
