Knight's Pride
A tiny grind loop dressed as an RPG: kill, unlock, upgrade, repeat. Charming if you want something to click at for an hour, thin if you want a game with ideas.
GamerScout Verdict
Fine for a few sessions of gear-unlock grinding, but don't come looking for story, systems depth, or idle automation.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Knight's Pride
The best thing here is honesty. Renan Miguelote Vianna tells you upfront that there's no story worth chasing and no idle automation to do the work for you, and that clarity is worth more than most casual RPGs manage. What you get is a manual loop: fight enemies, earn what you need, unlock the next tier of gear, then use that gear to reach enemies you couldn't touch before. Battles need your input, so it's closer to an active clicker with progression tiers than to anything that runs itself in a background tab. Where it disappoints is depth. The loop is the whole game, and once you've seen the shape of a couple of unlock cycles there isn't a second system waiting to complicate them. Single-player only, released in 2020, and the small Steam review pool skews mixed for exactly that reason: people who wanted a compact progression toy came away fine, people who expected an RPG came away short. Go in wanting the former.
