A short, mean 2D platformer where a jetpack-toting German meathead shoots lasers out of his eyes. Great if you want arcade friction, thin if you want depth.

The first time I died to a spike pit I could have jetpacked over, I understood the deal Klaus Lee is offering. Fuel is finite, dynamite is loud, and the laser eyes are more of a punchline than a solution. This is a 2D action-platformer that leans hard into an '80s neon action-movie parody, all bawdy one-liners and beefcake posturing, and it wants you to memorize screens rather than improvise through them. Assemble Entertainment released it in June 2025 for PC and Xbox, and it plays like a compact arcade throwback: single-player, achievement-chasing, no fat on the bone. What works is the movement toolkit. Juggling jetpack thrust against explosive momentum has real texture once it clicks, and the difficulty is old-school honest rather than cheap. What disappoints is scope. The joke gets repetitive by the back half, level themes recycle, and there is not much reason to return once you have cleared it. Come for a tight, snappy weekend run. Do not come expecting a genre landmark. Alex, Scout Team

GamerScout Verdict

Worth a weekend for platformer fans who want arcade-tight movement and can tolerate a one-note comedy premise.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.

Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.

We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.
