KinnikuNeko: Super Muscle Cat

I went in expecting a joke game and got something earnest instead. KinnikuNeko is a short action-adventure where you play as a muscular cat working through bite-sized levels full of goofy physics interactions and simple combat. It's the kind of thing that knows exactly what it is - no pretense, just a cat with ridiculous proportions smacking enemies around. The pixel art has personality, and the absurdist tone carries you through. But there's not much underneath that premise. Levels are repetitive, combat feels loose rather than responsive, and progression is purely linear with no hooks to pull you back. It's a 2-3 hour distraction at best, fun for the novelty but forgettable once the credits roll. Worth a shot if weird indie action appeals to you, but don't expect substance.
