If I Expect You To Die is a seated spy fantasy where the room comes to you, Kartong flips it: you're shrunk to guinea-pig size and made to walk, duck and reach through a cardboard death-trap built by someone with a mean sense of humor. Room-scale is the point. The hazards want you physically leaning and crouching around them rather than solving things from a chair, and the handcrafted look (tape, corrugated edges, hand-drawn signage) makes every threat read instantly without a tutorial prompt. It's an evening, maybe two, and it knows that. Sixty-odd Steam reviews is thin coverage for something this specific. The physics puzzles lean more on nerve and hand placement than logic, so anyone hunting genuine head-scratchers will find it slight, and the dark comedy repeats itself once you've died the same way three times. But the miniature scale is quietly magic, and it ends before the joke wears out.
