I found Izeriya most interesting for what it doesn't do: it doesn't shout. This is a solo-developer action adventure that trusts silence and deliberate movement over spectacle. You play Trix, a small protagonist moving through a captured city to dismantle the forces holding it. The pixel art has a handcrafted, almost diorama-like quality, the kind of care that suggests the developer was working on something personal, not chasing trends. The game's real strength is mood over mechanics. It's short, measured, and seems content to exist without bombast.
