Three minutes into my second run, Flan's viewer counter dropped from four digits to two while I was greedily hoovering up coins in a corner, and I understood the whole design in one sick lurch. The bar you're protecting isn't abstract hearts. It's an audience, and watching it churn away while the horde closes in reframes every panicked dodge as a stream going badly in real time. That single reskin of the survivors-like life system does more characterful work than most fangames manage in twenty hours. What's here is small and honest: top-down bullet-hell crowd control, likes and coins feeding weapon upgrades, waves that escalate until the screen is more enemy than floor. The COOL&CREATE pedigree shows in the soundtrack, which is the real reason to keep queueing runs. It's also thin. Build variety runs out before the novelty does, and if you don't already love Touhou arrangements you'll feel the loop's edges by hour four. But it knows its length, it doesn't pad, and it never pretends to be bigger than a doujin passion project should be.
