I found myself charmed by how specific Hypersensitive Bob's premise is. This is a roguelike sky-platform crawler where your health bar is essentially Bob's immune system under siege. You'll collect vaccine vials, trigger wild item synergies, and face enemy waves while managing absurd survival mechanics: Lobotomy, Surgery, Laxatives. The combat feels frantic in short bursts, and the visual humor lands without trying too hard. It's a short, humble game that knows exactly what it is. The 2016 pixel art has warmth, the controls respond well to a controller, and the whole experience respects your time.
