Happy Empire showed up on Kinguin with almost no trail behind it. It's billed as a builder, which usually means city-sim or tycoon mechanics, but the lack of Steam presence, reviews, or any meaningful documentation makes it impossible to tell what you're actually getting. The 2016 release date suggests it predates the current wave of indie visibility, and the total absence of player feedback is a red flag.
