About Ghost Frequency
I went in expecting jump-scare theater, but Ghost Frequency is quieter than that. You're hunting spirits with three pieces of gear: an EMF detector to sense activity spikes, a thermal camera to spot entities hiding in plain sight, and a voice recorder to capture EVP evidence. It's less about combat and more about reading instruments and methodically narrowing down where the ghost actually is. The singleplayer campaign leans into the investigation ritual rather than adrenaline. For a low-budget indie release, it commits to its premise. The core loop works if you enjoy slow-burn tension and puzzle-solving over action sequences. Don't expect AAA production values or a narrative arc. This is a niche tool for players who find the detective phase of horror more engaging than the payoff.
