Garage Drummer VR
A VR drum kit with no scoring, no lessons, and no songs. If that sounds like freedom, it's yours. If it sounds like an empty room, it is.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it only if you want a silent VR drum kit to mess with. Anyone wanting songs, lessons or scoring should skip it.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Garage Drummer VR
This is for the person who already knows a basic beat and just wants to hit things in a beach garage at 2am without a neighbor complaint. Everyone else should walk away, because there is no tutorial, no track list, no score counter, and nothing telling you whether what you just played was any good. Blazing Tree Studio built a room-scale kit and a place to put it, and that is genuinely the whole pitch. In its best moments it works: the sticks track well enough that you stop thinking about the controllers, the kit sits where your arms expect it to, and the setting is calm rather than distracting. As a physical toy for warming up or messing around, it delivers a specific small thing competently. The problem is everything around that. It launched into Early Access in 2016 and the content never really grew past free-play, which is why the Steam reviews sit split down the middle. There is no progression, no backing tracks to play along with, no reason to load it a second week. Real drummers will notice the missing feel of a rebounding head, and beginners get no guidance at all. Treat it as a sandbox instrument, not a game, and you will be less annoyed.
