I've spent a few hours with Gambit Shifter, and it's the kind of game that rewards you for slowing down. You control one chess piece at a time across 80+ hand-crafted boards, moving through space in ways that feel natural but require real thought. There's no timer, no aggression, just you and the geometry of possibility. The minimalist aesthetic and gentle soundscape make it feel less like puzzle-solving and more like meditation.
