Funko Fusion - Jurassic World Rebirth DLC Bundle
Four new Jurassic World Rebirth characters dropped into a base game that reviewers already called shallow and repetitive. Worth picking up only if you're already a committed Funko Fusion fan hunting roster depth.
GamerScout Verdict
Skip unless you're a Funko Fusion roster hunter or a Jurassic World completionist - the base game's problems haven't gone away.

About Funko Fusion - Jurassic World Rebirth DLC Bundle
My honest read on this bundle: it's a character pack stapled to a game that was already dividing people before these dinos arrived. Funko Fusion itself is a third-person action game from 10:10 Games built around the LEGO-esque concept of mashing licensed franchises into a single toybox world, and while the concept sounds irresistible on paper, the execution landed as Mixed on Steam for a reason. Critics consistently flagged repetitive combat, vague objectives, level-breaking bugs, and a strange identity crisis where the game felt too complex for young kids but too shallow for the adults who actually recognize the IP. That context matters a lot when you're deciding whether to spend extra on DLC. What the Jurassic World Rebirth DLC Bundle actually contains is four characters split across two packs: covert operative Zora Bennett and a Spinosaurus in Pack 1, and paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis alongside a Jurassic World Rebirth-era Raptor in Pack 2. All four slot into the existing Jurassic World content that shipped with the base game at launch, which already included Owen Grady, Claire Dearing, Barry, Kayla, and a Dilophosaurus. So this is a roster expansion, full stop. There are no new levels, no new worlds, and no new story missions bundled in. The characters themselves are tied to the 2025 film, with Zora Bennett's Scarlett Johansson likeness and Dr. Loomis's Jonathan Bailey connection giving them some pop-culture currency if you saw the movie. Playing as the Spinosaurus is genuinely the more interesting pitch here, since swapping into a large predator breaks the usual human-scale combat rhythm in a way that briefly refreshes the repetitive loop. The Raptor, by contrast, feels like a missed opportunity when the film offered far more visually distinctive creatures to adapt. Here's the blunt assessment: if you bounced off Funko Fusion's base game due to its clunky gunplay, unclear objectives, and lack of co-op depth, four new character skins will not fix any of that. The underlying issues, backtracking-heavy levels, escort missions that fight you, and a tutorial that barely exists, are still there. This DLC is purely for players already invested in the roster-completion loop, or hardcore Jurassic World fans who want to run their favorite film characters through existing Jurassic levels. Anyone expecting new content to justify the return trip will be disappointed.
