My cannon fire punched through a bridge strut and the whole gun deck slid into the water. That is base Forts, and High Seas is an add-on for it, so you need a Forts Steam Key before any of this content will load. It is inline DLC from EarthWork Games rather than a standalone build, and the exact contents live on the store page, so check there for which weapons, props and cosmetic pieces are bundled in. Casual campaign players can skip it without missing anything structural. It is aimed at Workshop builders and completionists who want the full parts palette available in the level editor.
