final m00n - Defender of the Cubes

I approached final m00n expecting a casual clicker, but it's actually a puzzle-strategy game dressed in sci-fi survival flavoring. You defend three cubes against waves of hostile units by positioning towers and managing limited resources. The core loop is tight: waves escalate predictably, your upgrade paths are narrow enough to force meaningful trade-offs, and the roguelike structure means each run teaches you something about positioning or tech order. Controller support is solid, and cloud saves let you quit without penalty. The catch: there's no hand-holding. The tutorial assumes you'll figure out tower synergies and unit matchups through trial and error. If you want a game that respects your intelligence and rewards planning over reflexes, this delivers. If you need narrative scaffolding or a difficulty slider, you'll bounce hard. It's a tight 15-to-20-hour investment for the right player, not a 100-hour timesink.
