Farm cosmetics ask for nothing but shelf space, which is the honest starting point here: this is a Farm Together add-on, so it does nothing on its own and requires the base game installed to unlock anything at all. What you get is a themed decoration set from Milkstone Studios, released in 2018 for PC, dropping fantasy-flavoured buildings and ornaments into your existing plot rather than adding crops, systems, or new progression to optimise around. The exact object list lives on the store page, and I would check it before buying, since the value here is entirely visual. My read as someone who normally cares about yield curves: there is no build-order impact, no new economy loop, no reason to reprioritise your levelling plan. It is for players already deep enough into their farm that layout has become the actual game, or completionists filling out the DLC row. If you are still working out crop rotation timings, skip it and come back later.
