This is for Legendary Heroes completionists who've built every faction leader the base game ships with and want new starting sovereigns to build empires around, not for anyone still working through the core campaign's original cast. It requires Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes to function, it will not run standalone, so skip it entirely if you don't already own the base strategy-RPG. The pack adds a set of extra leader characters with their own starting traits and skill leanings, the kind of thing that reshuffles your opening build order rather than adding new story or systems. Stardock hasn't packaged much detail beyond the roster itself, so check the store listing for the exact names before buying. If you're the type who restarts a 4X campaign just to try a fresh starting hero, it's a cheap way to do that. Everyone else can happily ignore it.
