Each has its own brief musical theme, and honestly the gemstone-named tracks carry a certain low-key charm, the kind of ambient tinkling that might suit ten minutes of idle clicking before bed. The soundscape is the most intentional thing about the whole package. The visual novel layer, which is the part I was most curious about, amounts to a short story mode following fairy Mei and a character named Kairo. It reads like a translated-on-a-tight-deadline script - community players have noted the dialogue has an endearingly awkward quality, one forum commenter called it 'Yoda grammar.' If you go in treating it as outsider fiction, there is something almost poetic in the stilted phrasing. If you go in expecting a real narrative arc, you will bounce off it in minutes.
