FACTORY RUNNER
A bare-bones factory management sim that's more sketch than finished game, but if you just want to place machines and watch widgets flow, it scratches that itch cheap.
GamerScout Verdict
A rough-around-the-edges factory builder for players who prize cheap, meditative sandbox time over polish or depth.

About FACTORY RUNNER
Factory Runner is a no-frills factory sim from 2020 that does exactly what its title promises: you place production equipment, route products between machines, and watch your assembly line hum (or jam). There's no story, no tutorial, and no hand-holding. If you've played Factorio or even dipped into game-jam factory builders, you'll recognize the core loop instantly. The visuals are basic, the interface feels cramped, and there's zero polish, but the underlying sandbox works well enough if you're patient. Where it falls apart: optimization is rough, the UI doesn't explain itself, and there's minimal content depth. It's a game that feels like a prototype that shipped. That said, if you're chasing a chill factory puzzler for under five bucks and don't need flashy production values or complexity, Factory Runner won't waste your time. Just know what you're getting into.
