GamerScout Verdict
Quick arcade survival fix for score-chasers; too sparse for players wanting depth or lasting engagement.

About Evil Glitch
Evil Glitch is a stripped-down 2D survival game where you play as a guardian holding the line against corrupted enemies pouring in from another dimension. You're stuck in place, firing outward, watching waves escalate until something lands a hit. It's arcade-score-chasing mechanics dressed up with a vague lore hook about discovering "the evil glitch" behind it all. That story never really materializes, but that's fine because the game isn't here for narrative. What works: the core loop is tight and addictive if you're into high-score chasing. Wave-based progression is predictable but effective. Controller support means you can slouch on a couch while things get hectic. What doesn't: it's extremely barebones, even for 2017 indie standards. Visually minimal, no depth to builds or upgrades, and the novelty runs thin fast. Best suited for someone wanting a quick, no-commitment arcade fix, not a game you'll sink serious hours into.
