The first hour throws two walls at you: there is no English option, so every choice prompt is Simplified Chinese laid over live-action footage, and the branch points start arriving before you have any read on the six contestants. Push through only if you can actually parse the text. If you can, the structure is the interesting part. Over a hundred narrative paths, a first-person camera that puts you in the show as a participant rather than a viewer, and route flags that get set in early episodes you will not recognize as decisions until an ending locks you out of one. That is also the flaw. There is no route map, no flowchart, no skip-to-last-choice tool that a visual novel this branch-heavy really needs, so completionist runs mean rewatching a lot of the same FMV clips to reach one new fork. Six routes, multiple endings, and roughly the decision depth of a light dating sim rather than a systems game. I would budget three or four evenings of replay for it, not a campaign.
