DOG WITCH
Slay the Spire's structure with dice instead of pure card draw, so the math is something you steer rather than pray to. Sharp, small, and built for combo hunters.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for deckbuilder veterans who want dice they can steer, not newcomers looking for a gentle first roguelike.
Compare Prices(5 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About DOG WITCH
If Slay the Spire is your baseline, DOG WITCH is the version where you get to argue with the RNG instead of just accepting it. Cards still form your deck, but dice sit on top as the real decision layer: rerolls, value manipulation, and probability levers you actually plan around two turns out. That changes the build-order calculus a lot. Instead of drafting for raw card power, you draft for reliability, and the roughly 150 items exist mostly to let you break the math in some specific direction. Summoned minions and turn-based combat give the synergy engines room to compound, and the good runs are the ones where you saw the break three floors before it happened. Where it disappoints: the tutorial assumes you already speak deckbuilder, so a genuine newcomer will eat two or three losing runs before the dice systems click. There is no mod support, and single-player is the whole package. Still, for a small indie strategy release, the item variety carries the replay curve further than the runtime suggests.
