About Disaster crisis
Disaster Crisis bills itself as an adventure RPG, but what I found was a scrappy indie project that feels half-baked. The core hook is clear enough: navigate crises and disasters in a story-driven format with RPG progression. The problem is execution. Character sprites and environments are bare-bones, UI feels clunky, and the pacing drags in ways that suggest the developer bit off more than they could chew. If you're the type who digs obscure indie experiments or wants to support grassroots developers, there's something here to appreciate. For everyone else, this is a pass. The ambition is there, but the fundamentals (controls, visuals, narrative clarity) needed another year in the oven. Not worth your time unless you're specifically hunting for hidden gems from smaller studios.
