Dead by Daylight - Trapper Chuckles Mask (DLC)
A purely cosmetic head swap for the Trapper - historically a PAX convention exclusive, now accessible via key resellers. Only matters if you main him.
GamerScout Verdict
Skip unless you are a Trapper completionist chasing a historically rare cosmetic - it adds nothing to gameplay.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.

About Dead by Daylight - Trapper Chuckles Mask (DLC)
I'll be straight with you: if you clicked on this page hoping for new gameplay, bear traps, or anything that changes how Dead by Daylight actually plays, close the tab. The Chuckles Mask is a single head cosmetic for the Trapper - one swap in the character customization screen, nothing more. What it does offer is a piece of DbD history. The Chuckles mask started life as a PAX convention exclusive, the kind of item that was trading on eBay for absurd sums years ago among die-hard fans. That rarity angle is essentially the entire value proposition here. The Trapper himself is Dead by Daylight's original poster-killer - Evan MacMillan, a bear-trap specialist whose whole game plan revolves around seeding chokepoints like windows, corridors, and generator paths with lethal snap-traps, then exploiting superior footspeed to run down whoever he's already slowed or caught. He is a straightforward, zone-control killer who rewards map awareness and punishes survivors who don't sweep before vaulting. The catch, acknowledged loudly by the community, is that at higher matchmaking skill brackets experienced survivors disarm his traps almost as fast as he sets them - a balance tension Behaviour has not resolved with a rework. The Chuckles Mask does nothing about any of that. It just sits on his head. So who actually needs this? Trapper mains who want the cosmetic completionist tick, players who remember when Chuckles was unobtainable and want to finally close that gap, or anyone building a themed Trapper loadout for streaming or clip content. For everyone else - including players new to DbD, survivors-only players, and anyone who plays Trapper casually - this DLC has a value of exactly zero. The base game's own in-game shop and Rift system has steadily expanded Trapper's cosmetic roster with far more visually elaborate options, some of which include custom animations and moris. A plain mask head-piece, even a historically notable one, sits at the low end of that scale. The broader Dead by Daylight itself sits at Mostly Positive on Steam across nearly a million reviews, which reflects the game's genuine hook as an asymmetric horror multiplayer experience - not an endorsement of any particular cosmetic DLC. If you are new to DbD, spend your money on the base game or a chapter DLC that adds a killer with a new power and a survivor with fresh perks. Those have gameplay legs. This does not.
