About Dead by Daylight: Old Wounds Pack (DLC)
Dead by Daylight's Old Wounds Pack is a cosmetic and content bundle that collects four previously released chapters into a single purchase. You get The Legion, The Plague, The Oni, and The Deathslinger on the killer side, paired with survivors Jeff Johansen, Jane Romero, Yui Kimura, and Zarina Kassir. Each pairing comes from its original chapter release, meaning you also pick up the perks, lore, and any included cosmetics that shipped with those chapters at launch. If you are already deep into Dead by Daylight, you know exactly what these killers bring to the table. The Legion's Frenzy lets them chain hits across multiple survivors quickly, punishing groups that cluster up. The Plague introduces corruption mechanics that force survivors to interact with fountains or limp through the rest of the match. The Oni builds power through absorbing blood orbs, which turns him into a fast, high-damage threat once he snowballs. The Deathslinger plays like a harpoon-based controller who can pull survivors mid-sprint and shut down loops in ways that still frustrate experienced players. These are not beginner-friendly killers, particularly The Oni and The Deathslinger, but they have real mechanical depth that rewards practice. On the survivor side, Jane Romero, Yui Kimura, Zarina Kassir, and Jeff Johansen bring a combined perk pool that includes some genuinely useful toolkit options across different playstyles. Yui's perks lean into altruism, Zarina's can support deception and hiding, and Zarina's Off the Record is arguably one of the more meta-relevant survivor perks in the game full stop. If you are building out a survivor loadout and do not own these chapters, getting access to that perk pool alone has practical value in ranked play. The bundle format makes sense for newer players who missed these chapters during their original release windows and want a chunk of roster options in one go. It is less compelling if you already own two or three of the included chapters, since Dead by Daylight does not offer any form of partial credit or trade-in. Worth checking your existing library carefully before buying. The chapters themselves are solid, not the flashiest in DbD's history but not filler either, and the killers here have all remained relevant in the meta at various points. There is no fresh content here, no new maps or story material, just access to characters and perks you can start using immediately in the main game's standard modes. If you are on Xbox and want a meaningful roster jump without hunting down four separate purchases, this pack does the job cleanly. Alex, Scout Team
