The first hour of Darkness Assault hands you a short list of starting guns, and if that arsenal already feels thin, this add-on is the fix, not an expansion. Extra Guns installs three new firearms directly into your existing save: the TMP in 9mm running full auto, the Beretta 93DA chambered in 10mm also full auto, and a single-action Colt 1911 in.45. Nothing else changes, no missions, no skins, just weapons waiting in your inventory the next time you load in. You need the base game installed for any of this to do anything, it's a straight inventory addition, not a standalone experience. Achievement hunters and players who like cycling through every loadout option will get the most mileage here since three more guns means three more ways to approach encounters. Anyone satisfied with the stock arsenal, or anyone hoping for new levels or story content, can skip it entirely.
