Dare Course

I went in expecting another indie golf game caught between simulation and arcade, and Dare Course delivers exactly that without pretense. The core loop is tight: pick your club, dial in your swing meter, read the wind and terrain, and execute. It's not trying to be PGA Tour 2K or The Golf Club. Instead it focuses on a handful of well-designed courses where you can spend real time learning the nuances of each hole. What works is the simplicity. No menus labyrinth, no cosmetic grinds. What holds it back is the scope: limited course variety and no multiplayer means this is purely a single-player puzzle-solving experience. If you're the type who loads up golf sims to decompress and tinker with approach shots rather than chase rankings, you'll find value here. Everyone else should probably look elsewhere.
