I've always respected Crazy Machines for doing one thing well: building solutions from scraps of wood, springs, and gravity. You're given a goal (hit a target, move an object, trigger a reaction) and a toolbox of parts to chain together. The physics feel solid, and there's real satisfaction when a wobbly Rube Goldberg machine actually works on the tenth try. The built-in level editor and Workshop integration are the game's spine, user-generated content keeps it alive longer than any campaign would. That said, don't expect deep strategy or min-maxing. This is pure spatial reasoning and patience. If you want a relaxing puzzle sandbox with a friendly difficulty curve, it's worth the investment. If you need complex systems or competitive mechanics, look elsewhere.
