The first run will probably bore you. You move, you don't shoot, and the ship's little guns handle the killing while you decide whether this counts as a game. That's the friction, and it lifts the moment you take a second upgrade that talks to your first one. Once orbiting drones start covering the gap your movement leaves, the whole thing clicks into a soft loop of positioning and small greedy decisions. Push through one more run. It's a coffee-break roguelite from a solo developer and it's honest about that scale. Runs are short, the pixel work is warm rather than showy, the NPCs have more personality than the genre usually bothers with, and it stops before it wears out its welcome. What it won't give you is depth. Build variety thins out after a handful of hours, and if you want the sprawling meta-progression of the bigger bullet heavens, this isn't that. It's small on purpose, and it knows exactly when to end.
