The clearest thing about this pack is its dependency: it is an add-on for City of Gangsters, so without the base game installed it does nothing at all. The Italian Outfit is content DLC for SomaSim's Prohibition-era business sim, released alongside the game in August 2021, adding a new Italian-American crew flavour to the campaign along with the associated characters and starting options that come with it. The store listing carries the exact item breakdown, and I would read it before buying rather than trusting any summary, mine included. With only a handful of user reviews and a rough positive rate, this is squarely a completionist purchase. If you have already run several campaigns and want another faction identity to build a network around, it slots in. Everyone else, including anyone still learning the base game's supply chains and heat management, can skip it without missing anything structural.
