Compare Cities: Skylines - All That Jazz prices across trusted key stores and find the best deal. Developed by Colossal Order. Published by Paradox Interactive. Released on 3/10/2015. Available on PC. Genres: Simulation, Strategy. Metacritic score: 85/100.

Sixteen jazz tracks and four sub-genres dropped into your city's in-game radio. Worth it if you're already 300 hours deep and tired of the default playlist.

I want to be straight with you: All That Jazz is a radio station DLC for Cities: Skylines, not an expansion. There are no new buildings, no zoning mechanics, no policy layers, no traffic tools. If you came here expecting something that changes how you manage your bus routes or district taxation, close this tab and look at Mass Transit instead. What you're actually getting is a curated in-game radio station featuring 16 licensed tracks spread across four jazz styles: Classic, Latin, Funky, and Chill-Out Jazz. The music itself is genuinely good. The four contributing acts, Houston River Jazz Collective, Jazz In-Clave, Phrase It Differently, and The Sierra Lewis Project, each bring a distinct flavor. Latin tracks from Jazz In-Clave add a rhythm that syncs oddly well with watching late-game traffic loops solve themselves. The Chill-Out selections are exactly right for the slow crawl of a zoning session where you're trying to squeeze residential density into a waterfront district without wrecking your noise pollution budget. The audio quality is solid and the tracks are long enough that you won't hear the same song on repeat every fifteen minutes, which is a real problem with some of the base-game radio content. The community criticism here is fair and worth repeating honestly: this is content that, by any reasonable standard, could have been bundled with a larger DLC at no extra cost. Some players on the Steam discussion boards noted that other radio packs at least came alongside building sets or content that affected gameplay loops. All That Jazz arrived solo, priced as its own product, containing only audio. If that sounds like a thin value proposition to you, that instinct is correct. The 86% positive score on Steam's own DLC page reflects a playerbase that mostly likes the music but is buying it on deep discount, not at full price. As someone who treats a long city-building session the way other people treat a long podcast session, ambient audio matters more than it sounds on paper. Cities: Skylines is a game where you might spend two hours rerouting a single interchange, and what's playing in the background shapes the whole mood of that session. The base game's radio options get stale fast once you're past the 100-hour mark, and the Workshop, for all its brilliance with buildings and road tools, cannot easily solve the licensed-music gap. So radio DLC packs do serve a real niche. This one serves it competently. The honest verdict comes down to your hours played and your tolerance for paying for audio content. If you're a newcomer still learning how to balance your city's budget and stop traffic from gridlocking the industrial zone, skip this entirely and spend that money on a mechanics-focused expansion. If you're a veteran who has already squeezed hundreds of hours out of Colossal Order's city builder and find yourself muting the game to play your own playlist, All That Jazz is the cheaper alternative to managing a separate music app while you play. Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.

Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
