The first hour of Cities in Motion 2 is mostly wrestling with line-drawing tools and timetable sliders, and this pack does nothing to soften that. It is an add-on, so you need Cities in Motion 2 installed for any of it to show up. What it contributes is a trolley-focused vehicle set that appears in your fleet menu; the store listing carries the exact roster, and I am not going to promise you more than the data actually says. Nothing in here touches budgets, passenger AI, or the line capacity math that decides whether your network survives to the late game. Fine for completionists and players who want overhead-wire routes to look the part, easy to skip otherwise.
