Everyone else can walk away, and that includes anyone who doesn't own Cities in Motion 2, because this is an add-on pack that will not launch or do anything without the base game installed. What you get is a set of extra European vehicles for the existing transit lines (buses and trams in the same class structure the base game already uses), not new maps, campaigns, or systems. Mechanically it changes nothing. Capacity, running costs, and depot logic stay where they were, so your line profitability spreadsheets carry over untouched. Check the store listing for the exact vehicle roster before you commit, since the item list is the only real decision point here. Skip it unless visual consistency on your European scenarios genuinely bothers you.
