Camelot: Wrath of the Green Knight

I went in expecting a swashbuckling Arthurian romp. Instead, Camelot: Wrath of the Green Knight is a dialogue-heavy, point-and-click adventure that leans hard into court intrigue and investigation. You're tasked with finding the missing Lady of the Lake before the Green Knight burns Camelot to ash, which means interrogating suspects, uncovering conspiracies, and making choices that actually matter to the narrative branches. The writing is the main draw here, and it mostly lands, there's genuine tension in questioning characters who have motives and secrets. The downside: if you're looking for puzzles, combat, or dynamic exploration, this isn't your game. It's pure storytelling, delivered through text and static scenes. Casual players and fans of Telltale-style choose-your-own-adventure games will find something worth their time. Everyone else should temper expectations accordingly.
