Cafe Simulator

I've spent enough time in Paradox's economic engines to spot when a game understands decision trees. Cafe Simulator nails the fundamentals: you're managing inventory, pricing, staff shifts, and customer flow in real time. The building blocks are there, furniture placement affects efficiency, beverage recipes matter, rival cafes actually compete for market share. It's janky and low-budget, but the core loop of bootstrapping a shop into profitability works. The catch: everything else is chaos. The UI is clunky, the tutorial sparse, and whoever designed the chicken-wrestling mode clearly lost a bet. If you want a lean, numbers-focused cafe tycoon without the bloat of bigger sims, it's competent enough to scratch that itch. Just don't expect the depth of Two Point Hospital. It's a spreadsheet game masquerading as something weirder.
