GamerScout Verdict
Best if you want a painless 30-minute platformer between bigger games and don't mind playing it safe.

About Brave Hero
I went in expecting another forgettable indie platformer, and Brave Hero mostly delivers on that premise. It's a singleplayer collection run where you navigate stages to grab all the crystal shards, with the kind of level design you've seen a hundred times before. No gimmicks, no narrative, no surprises - just platforms, hazards, and the goal in front of you. If you want a quick 30-60 minute palate cleanser between bigger games, this works fine. The achievement list suggests there's some replay value if you're into that grind. It's not ugly, it's not broken, but it's also not doing anything that'll stick with you once the credits roll.
