Bomb Farm is free-to-play — free to download and play, with optional paid editions and DLC compared on this page. Developed by Stream On. Published by Stream On. Released on 8/28/2026. Available on PC. Genres: Casual, Indie, Simulation, Strategy, Free To Play.

An idle RPG with a genuinely deep skill tree hiding under a squadron of bombers that mine rocks while you're at work. Free, and the numbers hold up.

The skill tree is the reason to install this. It is wide enough that two players fifty hours in will have meaningfully different squadrons, and the branches actually interact: rock-clearing throughput feeds rare item rolls, which feed the forge, which feeds the equipment that raises throughput again. That loop is tuned well. Idle games usually gate you behind a flat multiplier wall around hour ten, and Bomb Farm mostly avoids it by making upgrade decisions competitive with each other rather than sequential. You are picking, not just unlocking. Where it disappoints is presentation and onboarding. There is no tutorial worth the name, so your first two hours are guesswork about which stat matters, and a newcomer can easily sink early resources into a dead branch. It is singleplayer with cloud saves and achievements, and the Steam Market trading is the only social layer, which will either delight you or feel like noise. Very Positive at 93% of 114 reviews is a small sample, but the praise tracks with what is here: a tight numbers game that respects your time because it does not demand it. Diego, Scout Team

Worth installing if you like optimizing a build spreadsheet in the background; skip it if you need a tutorial to hold your hand.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.

Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.

We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.
