The first hour with Jubei is all friction: a tiny, short-reach fighter built on setup rather than raw pressure, and mashing goes nowhere. Push through it if you like that kind of puzzle, but know up front this is add-on content that needs BlazBlue Collection installed to run at all. What it unlocks is Jubei as a playable character across Centralfiction's single-player, local split-screen versus and online PvP modes, with the exact item breakdown on the store listing. Easy call from there: roster completionists and anyone who enjoys learning a fiddly, movement-heavy pick will get hours out of him. If you already have a main, skip it.
