That is the Beach Buggy Racing 2 loop, and this Hot Wheels pack is add-on content that needs that base game installed to do anything at all. What you get is the Hot Wheels crossover layer: licensed toy cars dropped into the same power-up kart racing you already know, with the store listing carrying the full vehicle and track list. Worth it if you are already grinding the base career and want more garage entries, or if there is a Hot Wheels-obsessed kid in the house. Everyone else can skip it.
