Bidding blind on a padlocked lot is the mechanic that reframes this whole loop: you are pricing risk, not shopping, and every paddle raise is a guess with a margin attached. It is an add-on, so it does nothing at all without Barn Finders installed alongside it. It expands the auction end of the game with more lots to compete for and more junk to appraise and resell, and the data I have does not itemize the exact contents, so check the store listing for the full breakdown before you commit. If you already play the base game with a running mental spreadsheet of resale values, this gives you more rooms to test it in. Everyone else loses nothing by skipping.
