Atriage
A lean turn-based fleet commander with 80s anime vibes and real asymmetry between ship classes, if you can stomach the UI.

About Atriage
Atriage drops you into command of ten warships facing an opponent, each vessel locked into one of four class roles with hard strengths and weaknesses. The core loop is tight: position matters, class matchups matter, and a single poor engagement can cascade into a rout. The asymmetry forces you to think tactically rather than spam your best unit, which is exactly what strategy fans hunt for in indie titles. Cross-platform play and singleplayer modes are present, though don't expect a deep campaign here. The friction point is presentation. The UI is functional but spartan, and the 2016 codebase shows its age in how information is surfaced to you. If you're the type who enjoys wrestling with obtuse menus in exchange for pure mechanical depth, Atriage rewards that patience. If you need modern quality-of-life polish, you'll bounce off before the second battle. It's a niche game for a niche audience, but that audience will find something worthwhile. Diego, Scout Team
