Amazon Rush
A relaxed river-transport sim where you pilot cargo boats through the Amazon, trading goods and upgrading your vessel.
GamerScout Verdict
Cozy but thin: a meditative trading loop that loses its charm once the upgrade path flattens.

About Amazon Rush
I went in expecting adventure but found something quieter: Amazon Rush is a casual economic sim disguised as exploration. You captain a small boat, buying low in riverside villages and selling high downstream, gradually upgrading your hull and cargo capacity. There's no combat or time pressure, just resource management at a meditative pace. It's narrow in scope, which works if you want a low-stakes business game with environmental scenery, but it struggles to sustain engagement beyond the first few hours. The trading loop repeats without much progression variety, and the interface feels dated even by 2018 indie standards. Best suited for players who enjoyed Dredgers or slow-burn sims, not action-adventure seekers despite the Amazon setting.
